Siju Fatona is a Human Resource Professional in the city of Calgary, Alberta. With over a decade of Human Resource experience and a passion for helping people succeed, she has professional designations as a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), as well as a Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP).
Siju is passionate about mentorship and career growth, having worked closely with executive management and business leaders. She is not afraid to challenge anyone to do and be better.
As a Black industry professional, she has witnessed how challenging it can be to grow your career. She strives to energize Black professionals and learners of all industries to break through barriers and grow experientially.
Siju is a mom of three and enjoys giving back to her community by volunteering with various not-for-profits and mentorships.
Jaiye Moyela oversees Crown Mentorships’ technology strategy and the systems and services that support the foundation’s operations.
He works as a senior public affairs advisor living in Edmonton, Alberta. He has over a decade of systems development and business analysis experience, with careers spanning the Federal and Provincial Governments.
During his free time, Jaiye is volunteering, mentoring and coaching little league baseball and soccer.
Charles’ expertise in providing strategic counsel to senior executives and leading communications and external relations teams across multiple industries and geographies over the last 18 years has been instrumental in shaping Crown Mentorship Foundation’s strategic communication and stakeholder engagement strategies.
A lifelong learner with a passion for youth education, leadership training, community, entrepreneurship development and mentoring, he spends his spare time supporting causes that promote social and economic equity for underserved persons and community groups.
He is a member of Habitat for Humanity Edmonton’s Community Advisory Council, Vice Chair of the Board of Action for Healthy Communities, a member of the Alberta Association of Immigrant Serving Agencies (AAISA) and Board Chair of Junior Achievement (JA) Africa, which prepares over 900,000 young people each year for the future of jobs through hands-on training in financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship.
