ABEEL

The Alliance of Black Employee Experience & Leadership (ABEEL) organization emerged from an employee-led initiative within the construction industry. It was born out of the recognition of a glaring lack of diversity in professional organizations and the limited pathways available to youth as they enter the workforce. Today, as an independent non-profit organization operated by dedicated individuals, our mission persists and now spans industries beyond construction. We are unwavering in our commitment to raise awareness and promote educational efforts aimed at eradicating systemic racism within both professional organizations and the communities they serve.

In line with ABEEL and Crown Mentorship Foundation’s core values, we believe that a future where anti-Black racism is eradicated in the workplace begins with small steps at the lowest rungs of the corporate ladder. Consequently, through our extensive network of partner organizations, we link our youth participants with mentors from whom they can learn positive values, build self-esteem, and receive encouragement to pursue their dreams with courage. Youth are encouraged to embrace their identity and grow as individuals who will later shape their communities positively.

Crown Mentorship Foundation is proud to have ABEEL as a partner
